It works on the owner's side from running the business through the sale: what the business is worth, what would raise it, and when and how to sell.

How we value a business starts from what buyers pay for businesses your size, adjusted for your industry, and prices yours as a range. It shows the three factors that drive where you fall in that range: what it really earns, how steady the money is, and whether it runs without you.

How we are paid.
A senior advisor stands behind every read. The Seat is priced by the size of the business and billed quarterly. When you sell with us, we are paid the market-standard fee, and half of what you have paid us comes off that fee.
